In accordance with new legislation which requires companies to automatically enrol certain employees into a workplace pension scheme, the Company will be writing to all employees to let them know what Automatic Enrolment means for them.
To help employees and members understand Automatic Enrolment, a new section has been added to the Knowledge Centre. This section will be updated over the coming months with answers to frequently asked questions, an eligibility quiz and much more.
