I have lost my discount card, what do I do?

If you have lost your discount card you will need to email staffdiscountcard@b-and-q.co.uk

They will then arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you.

I am a deferred pension member, am I entitled to a discount card even though I have yet to take my pension?

If you are eligible for a discount card, to start receiving this you must start taking your KPS Final Salary pension. If you are a KPS Money Purchase member, you're not eligible for a discount card.

If you transfer this out or fully commute the pension at retirement you won't be eligible for the discount card.
