All employees who met the Automatic Enrolment eligibility criteria on 31 March 2013, should start to receive their Zurich Welcome Packs.
All the Zurich Welcome Packs and passwords have now been posted so you should receive both documents soon.
If you have only received your password and no Welcome Pack, please wait a few days before contacting Zurich on 0800 500 3144 to ask for a new Welcome Pack to be posted.
